(DELAWARE, OH) The City of Delaware came alive around noon Monday May 15 when Mike’s new Cobalt billowed smoke and put down some rubber on the city streets in front of several hundred cheering fans. Mayor proclaims it’s Jeg’s Week in Delaware.
