Norwalk, OH
June 27-29th

>>>Last year, at the first NHRA POWERade Series national event in Norwalk, Jeg Coughlin qualified his Cobalt No. 9 in Pro Stock and reached the semifinal round before losing to Dave Connolly.

>>>Jeg is currently ranked third in the Pro Stock standings. He is just 62 points behind leader Kurt Johnson and 36 markers behind second place Greg Anderson.

>>>Should Jeg win in Norwalk, it will mark the 22nd different venue where he has won an NHRA Pro Stock event. He has won at every current venue on the tour except for Norwalk (and the new z-Max Dragway in Charlotte, which has yet to host an NHRA POWERade Series event.)

>>>In 11 events this season, Jeg has a win, two runner-up, and three semifinal finishes to his credit. His round win record is 19-9.

>>During his career, Jeg has appeared in 81 final rounds, 63 as a professional and 18 as a sportsman racer.

>>>With 39 Pro Stock wins, Jeg is the fourth most successful driver in the history of the class. He trails only Warren Johnson (96), Bob Glidden (85), and Greg Anderson (54) in wins.

>>>While in Norwalk, Jeg will be one of the eight participants in the prestigious K&N Horsepower Challenge, a special event that will be held on Saturday, June 28. The winner will receive $50,000. Jeg is the No. 5 seed for the event and will be paired with Jason Line in round one.
