Salem, IN (July 27, 2021) – The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance will return to action this Saturday in the Back to the Bricks Shoot Out at the Dixie 100 Presented by JEGS.com at Birch Run Speedway, located in Birch Run, Michigan. The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour has competed at Birch Run Speedway since it’s inaugural season in 2011. Past winners of events at Birch Run Speedway include Eddie Hoffman in 2011, Daniel Hemric in 2012, Cody Coughlin in 2013, Dan Leeck in 2015, Carson Hocevar in 2017, Brian Campbell and Bubba Pollard in the two series event there in 2018, and Johnny VanDoorn in 2019.

Saturday’s event will be the series sixth points event of the 2021 season. Trey Craig picked up his first ever series victory at the series points season opener at Salem Speedway on April 25th. Cody Coughlin got the win in the series second event of the season at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on May 8th and then the Delaware, Ohio native went to victory lane again at the series third event of the season at Anderson Speedway on June 12th. Kyle Jones got the win in the Dayton 100 at Kil-Kare Raceway on June 27th. Willie Allen picked up the win in the Masters of the Pros 150 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on July 17th.

Coughlin, the series defending Champion, comes into Saturday’s event as the current series Championship points leader and is locked into the series 2021 Chase for the Championship. Senneker Performance Rookie of the Year points leader Tanner Jack is in second place, he is 49 points behind Coughlin. 2020 Senneker Performance Rookie of the Year Chase Burda is in third place, he is five points behind Jack. Dylan Bates is in fourth place, he is 25 points behind Burda.  Zachary Tinkle is in fifth place, he is 70 points behind Bates. Saturday’s event is the last series regular season event before the series 2021 Chase for the Championship begins at Berlin Raceway on August 21st.

Topping the list of entries for Saturday nights event are former Birch Run Speedway series event winners Coughlin, Hocevar and Dan Leeck, all three are seeking to become the first driver to win two series events at Birch Run. Coughlin is the only three-time Champion with the series, winning Championships in 2013, 2016 and again in 2020. Hocevar, who is currently competing full-time on the Camping World NASCAR Truck Series, was the series 2017 Rookie of the Year and has two ARCA/CRA Super Series victories so far in 2021, including the Money in the Bank 150 at Berlin Raceway and the series event at Flat Rock Speedway. Leeck, a Birch Run native, is a two-time series Champion, his first was in 2014, and picked up his second Championship in 2019.

Other top series regulars entered include Burda, series rookies Jack, Andrew Schied and Brian Demland, along with Tinkle, Jimmy Tucker, James Krueger, Kevin Cremonesi, Ethan Stadniczuk and Will Sahutske.

Former series winner and the 2021 Redbud 400 winner Kyle Crump is entered to make a return visit to the series after competing with the ARCA/CRA Super Series the past several seasons for Stan and Judi Rosen.

Former series event winner and another former Redbud 400 winner Lakeland, Florida native Steve Dorer is entered.

Albert Francis, a former regular at Jennerstown Speedway, is entered to make his second start with the series in 2021.

Former Grundy County Speedway Champion and multi-time feature winner Anthony Danta is entered to make his 2021 series debut Saturday.

2020 Victory Custom Trailers CRA Junior Late Model Champion Katie Hettinger is entered to make her series debut Saturday night. Hettinger was the first female Champion with CRA and has been racing Late Model Stocks and Carolina Pro Late Model Series events this season.

Michigan natives David Killian and Stan Szuber are entered to make their 2021 series debuts Saturday night.

There is an open practice scheduled at Birch Run Speedway on Friday, pits open at 12noon, with open practice from 2pm to 6:30pm. There will be a party with live music from The Rock Show, immediately following the open practice on Friday at the track, with a driver autograph session for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour drivers.

Pits open on Saturday at 12pm. Practice will begin for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour at 3pm. Jerico Performance Products Qualifying for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour will begin at 6:45pm. Racing action will begin at 7:30pm and will include the Back to the Bricks Shoot Out at the Dixie 100 Presented by JEGS.com for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour.
