Salem, IN. (October 8, 2019) – The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance will close out their ninth season of competition this Friday on the famous High Banks of Winchester Speedway, helping kickoff the big 48th Annual Winchester 400 Weekend Presented by CB Fabricating. A talented field of 29 teams are currently entered to compete in the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Winchester 100 Presented by JEGS.com on Friday evening. That event will be the tenth point’s event of the 2019 season for the series after losing one event to weather and one event that was cancelled.

2019 was the third season CRA has used the Chase for the Championship format to crown their Champions in all five of its series. Six drivers were locked into the final four JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Champion Chase for the Championship events. The first Chase event at Berlin Raceway was won by non-Chase driver Kyle Jones. The second Chase event at Winchester Speedway on Labor Day Weekend was won by non-Chase driver Stephen Nasse. The third Chase event at Lucas Oil Raceway was won by non-Chase driver Jake Garcia. Rookies Tyler MacKenzie and Jaden Cretacci were eliminated after the Lucas Oil Raceway Chase event as the two lowest in Chase points after the first three events, giving four drivers a shot to win the 2019 series Championship.

The those four drivers racing for the Championship on Friday includes 2019 Regular Season Points Champion Dan Leeck, who was the 2014 series Champion, second in Chase points Mason Keller, a series winner at Winchester on Labor Day Weekend in 2018, third in Chase points Mandy Chick and fourth in Chase points Trever McCoy. The driver finishing the highest of those four in Friday’s Winchester 100 Presented by JEGS.com will be crowned the 2019 series Champion. All six of the original Chase drivers are entered for Friday’s event.

Four-time event winner Travis Barden is entered. Braden won this event in 2011, 2014, 2016 and again in 2017. Braden has competed full-time with the ARCA Menards Series the past two years and is the only former Winchester 400 winner entered for Sunday’s Winchester 400.

Florida native Stephen Nasse is entered and comes in as one of the favorites for Friday’s race and Sunday’s 400 after sweeping both the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour and the ARCA/CRA Super Series 100 lap events on Labor Day Weekend at Winchester.
