Meghan Coughlin, the daughter of three-time NHRA Pro Mod champ Troy Coughlin, has a unique distinction among the famed Coughlin family — she produced the first of the fourth generation in 2017 when she gave birth to her son Brodix, making legend Jeg Coughlin Sr., the founder of JEGS High Performance, a great-grandfather.
In addition to being a mom, Meghan is currently pursuing a career in cosmetology, after many years working at the family business, JEGS High Performance. In her time there, Meghan worked in sales, accounts payable, human resources, purchasing and customer service, giving her a strong foothold in her current endeavors in the world of beauty and makeup.
Married to Josh VanHorne, Meghan studied business at Columbus State University. She also drag raced in her younger years, following her family’s passion for motorsports.
Away from work, Meghan remains a fixture at the race track, supporting her brother Troy Jr., her sister Paige, her uncle Mike, her cousins Jack and Clay, as well as Makenna Brown.
