Meghan coughlin

Meghan Coughlin, the daughter of three-time NHRA Pro Mod champ Troy Coughlin and his wife Julie, has a unique distinction among the famed Coughlin family.

Meghan is one of several in the third-generation of the racing family in Ohio, and she delivered the first of the fourth generation in 2017 when her son Brodix was born. That made the legendary Jeg Coughlin Sr., the founder of JEGS High Performance, a great-grandfather for the first time.

In addition to being a mom, Meghan is a vital part of JEGS High Performance, even as she has transitioned from being a driver to a businesswoman. Meghan has excelled in sales at JEGS, though she has worked in all departments of the Delaware, Ohio-based company to thoroughly learn all facets of the family business.

Meghan has worked in Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Purchasing and Customer Service. Meghan also works with upper management to enhance and improve the overall JEGS experience for each customer.

She started at a young age at JEGS, the family business her grandfather founded nearly 60 years ago, and her skill and aptitude were apparent from those early days. Meghan also studied business at Columbus State University.

Away from work, Meghan remains a fixture at the race track, supporting her brother Troy Jr., her sister Paige, her uncles Mike and Jeg Jr., and all the other Team JEGS racers.
