(May 11, 2016) – NHRA announced today it has named Pro Line Racing (PLR) and FuelTech as co-presenting sponsors for the NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing Series portion of the NHRA Southern Nationals, May 13-15, at Atlanta Dragway. The event is the third of the 10-race NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing Series season.

Rickie Smith, another veteran and two-time world champ, raced to victory at the 2016 season-opener in Gainesville, Fla., while Jim Whiteley earned his first career victory at the most recent event in Houston.

All 10 races in the 2016 NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing Series season will air on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) and FOX Sports 2 (FS2).
