This weekend, the Coughlin family will field once again participate in the Buckeye Fuel Wars North Central Division Lucas Oil Series event at their home track, National Trail Raceway as third-generation racer Troy Coughlin Jr. will race in Super Comp and Super Gas.

Troy Jr. is the Super Gas points leader in the North Central Division and is also ranked third in the Super Comp class with his dragster. In Super Comp, he trails leader Steve Hoyt by just 66 points.

Earlier this year, Troy Jr. won his first NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event when he drove his Corvette to the Super Gas win in Norwalk, Ohio.
